Description Our client is seeking two parttime, onsite Switchboard Monitoring Associates to support overnight operations for its newly acquired Tennessee market. This is a nonclinical, lowvolume, highreliability role focused on monitoring hospital alarm panels and performing simple response actions. The associate ensures continuous 24/7 oversight of facility alarms (fire, med gas, blood/tissue freezer alerts, etc.). When an alert activates, the individual follows a scripted protocol-typically calling Engineering or notifying an appropriate onsite or oncall contact. Occasional inbound calls may occur (rare, expected <1-2/day), but most switchboard patient calls will route to their South Carolina teams. Training/Onboarding: 1-2 days total training, given the limited scope of responsibilities. Additional shadowing/handoff period on the actual shift to build comfort. 24/7 leadership support via escalation path. Access to onsite Administrator on Duty for urgent matters. Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Openings: 2 parttime resources (35 hrs/week each) Environment: Lowvolume, onsite monitoring role; minimal call handling; independent work but strong escalation support. Skills & Qualifications * Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. * Prior exposure to Epic (but NOT required - training is provided). Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Maryville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
