Join a highgrowth mortgage team as a Loan Officer. You'll start in a paid training program, learn from top producers, earn your NMLS license (companypaid exam once), and step into a production role serving homebuyers. You'll work onsite with a team that values accuracy, compliance, and a repeatable sales process powered by a CRM and loanorigination system (LOS). What You'll Be Doing * Train directly with experienced mortgage bankers and leaders. * Take and make calls to warm leads from multiple sources. * Learn and use our CRM and LOS to track pipelines and submit files. * Explain loan options in plain language and guide clients through next steps. * Participate in sales huddles, coaching, and performance incentives. Pay, Schedule & Logistics * Base pay during training: $30,576 annualized. * Yearone total compensation (target): Typically $85,000-$125,000 based on production * Schedule: Monday-Friday, roughly 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. * Work setting: Onsite, Scottsdale, AZ (Old Town area). * Licensing: Company pays for the NMLS SAFE licensing exam one time; passing is required to continue in the role. * Target start: May 3, 2026. Requirements ** MustHave* * Strong phone, written, and inperson communication. * Coachable, proactive, and organized; comfortable in a fastpaced setting. * Willing to study and pass the NMLS SAFE licensing exam quickly. * Onsite availability in Scottsdale, AZ. ** NicetoHave* * Experience with highvolume phone sales or lead followup. * Familiarity with a CRM or loanorigination system. * Prior financial services or mortgage exposure.
