As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security-related incidents with professionalism and integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, and an armed post requiring an armed guard card or license. You will support a caring, team-focused culture while delivering calm communication and strong customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to branch staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines, state licensing requirements, and site post orders, including proper firearm retention, storage, and documentation.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and transaction areas, checking for unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior, exterior, and perimeter areas, including parking areas, ATMs, and other client-designated zones, as conditions and assignments vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years' armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
