As a Security Officer - Main Lobby Concierge in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and support smooth site operations. You will complete routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, check access points, document activity, and communicate clearly with team members and site personnel. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting, documentation, and escalation per Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and vendors, including verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate access logs.
• Support security-related operations for vehicle and trailer activity by observing yard traffic, monitoring designated staging areas, and reporting suspicious activity to help to deter loss and/or disruption.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
