This role is contributing to MONM, NEMA Low Voltage Motors globally. Main stakeholders include regional sales teams, North American factories, operations, and key strategic customers.

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead the execution of large, complex, customer-facing global projects, coordinating across global sales offices, factories, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements. You will own projects from order handover through final execution, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on daily management to keep all stakeholders aligned and commitments on track. Making it easy for customers to work with ABB and execute complex projects efficiently.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Lead end to end execution of complex global customer projects, managing schedules, orders, documentation, communication, and issue resolution with consistency and transparency.
  • Coordinate across international factories and cross functional teams to align production capabilities, timelines, and technical requirements with customer needs and expectations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring clear, structured, and timely communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and drive, maintaining project momentum, resolving obstacles, and escalating appropriately to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years experience leading complex, customer-facing projects across multiple sites or stakeholders, with demonstrated endtoend ownership.
  • Proficient in structured project management and coordination within industrial or manufacturing environments, including order tracking and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work experience in Industrial Electric Motors.
  • Ability to balance customer advocacy with operational constraints, driving solutions that align factory capabilities with customer commitments.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong attention to detail including building and development of the program.
  • Strong communication skills across regions and cultures, Spanish proficiency and PMP Certification - strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
