As a Project Manager Lead, you will take a primary role in co-leading and developing a team of Project Managers responsible for coordinating all aspects of Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects. In this leadership position, you will guide daytoday operations, ensure consistent execution across the team, and oversee adherence to established project workflows. You will leverage your expertise in project planning and delivery to coach team members, drive process improvements, and ensure that project timelines, documentation, and administrative requirements are consistently met.

This role offers the opportunity to influence team performance, support strategic project planning, and uphold operational excellence across all active EPM projects. As part of this role, we will rebalance workloads by transitioning some projects from the current PM team to ensure a more even distribution and to maintain consistency without overloading anyone.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Associate Project Managers to ensure consistent execution of EPM project workflows.
  • Oversee workload distribution and monitor team performance, addressing risks or escalations promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to documentation standards, billing milestones, and project planning practices.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer, contractor, and scheduling issues.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across project management activities.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to support resource coordination and overall service delivery.
  • Support training, onboarding, and development of new and existing team members.
  • In addition to leading the PM team, you will also be responsible for managing your own projects.

Your Background:

  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred; must pass required background/drug screening.
  • PMP Certification strongly preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, service operations, or field service coordination; leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and conflictresolution skills, with the ability to support escalations.
  • Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or technical service environments preferred.
  • Ability to analyze performance trends, solve problems, and drive teamwide improvements.
  • Comfortable working in fastpaced, ambiguous environments while leading others through change.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across customers, technicians, and internal teams.

While base salary isdeterminedby things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $100,500 and $110,000 annually.
