Job Summary
Supervises, Overseeing Operations related to invoices and payments for organization. Supervise the collection of Billing, Receivables, monitoring delinquent accounts, and working with customers to resolve payment questions. Supervises, coaches, and develops Customer Service team members. Billing daily on a high-volume service and directing the Billing Clerks ensuring that best practices are followed. Provides timely responses and actions to ensure processes are executed consistently with high customer service and quality standards. Troubleshoots and resolves escalations and complaints with high urgency. Must have: Critical Thinking, high volume invoicing, Attention to detail, Manage time effectively, leading skills. Portal Experience & Service Channel Preferred but not required: AIA Billing, Oracle, Textura, Sage, Corrigo, Coupa, Ariba. Starting on-site with potential of becoming Hybrid. Essential Duties
