Job Description

We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Finance Co-op in Breinigsville PA. This is a 6-month co-op, running from July - December 2026.

Looking to gain real-world experience in auditing and risk management? Join The Boston Beer Company as an Internal Audit Co-op and help us ensure strong internal controls across our business. You'll work alongside experienced auditors, learn industry best practices, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you'll Brew

  • Support monthly financial close, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist with standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to help drive decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to a meaningful project that adds measurable value to the business.

  • You ask great questions, show curiosity, and identify ways to improve the work we do.
  • You collaborate well with others and build strong working relationships across Finance and Operations.

What Ingredients You'll Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort with data analysis; exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
