Are you a seasoned fraud investigator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital security? We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join a critical team focused on safeguarding user accounts and maintaining the integrity of a global digital platform. In this senior-level role, you will play a pivotal part in combating sophisticated account hijacking attempts, directly impacting the trust and safety of countless users and advertisers. Your expertise will be instrumental in protecting digital assets, resolving complex disputes, and proactively identifying vulnerabilities that could compromise the platform's security.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead complex investigations into unauthorized access and hijacking of user accounts across a leading digital platform.

* Synthesize and analyze a multitude of data signals, including login patterns, device and IP history, and unauthorized user changes, to make informed, judgment-based decisions on potential fraud.

* Evaluate appeals from suspended entities, meticulously determining whether account compromises or legitimate policy violations led to suspension.

* Proactively identify and report systemic vulnerabilities and emerging fraud patterns to enhance platform security and prevent future account takeovers.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in fraud investigations or trust and safety.

* Strong technical understanding of online security threats, including phishing, IP address signals, and unauthorized access patterns.

* Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to make complex decisions based on actor behavior rather than strictly following binary policies.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for analyzing abuse trends.
