Description

Calling All Esteemed Leaders!

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of valuebased care by building highperforming provider networks and launching innovative healthcare products across the North Division. The Director, Strategy and Network Development will play a pivotal role in advancing Providence's transition to valuebased care, highvalue networks, and directtoemployer solutions.

The Role

The Director, Strategy and Network Development is responsible for evaluating, developing, and launching new and innovative healthcare products and network strategies across the North Division. This role partners closely with payer contracting to assess payer partnership opportunities, evaluates healthcare delivery system partnerships, and collaborates with Contracting and Community Care Alliance with Providence (CCAP) leadership to grow and geographically expand provider network vehicles.

The Director plays a significant role in achieving divisional strategic goals, including valuebased membership growth, highvalue and clinically integrated network development, and directtoemployer contracting efforts that drive topline revenue. The role builds and manages internal and external relationships with providers, employers, and payers; supports payer contracting in the development of riskbased agreements; and engages stakeholders to create sustainable, operationally viable solutions.

This position evaluates market dynamics across the Division, partners in the development of valuebased care membership goals, and creates and executes strategic plans to achieve those goals.
