LPN " Urologic Oncology Job Ref: 33757 Category: LPN Location: 133 ORNAC, Concord, MA 01742 Department: Urology Clinic Schedule: Full Time Shift: Day shift Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Pay Range: $29.00 - $37.00 per hour Reporting to the Urology Clinical Supervisor LPN and Administrative Director, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care for urologic oncology patients. Ensure nursing care is provided in accordance with the stated philosophy and standards established by the Nursing Service Department, regulatory agencies and professional organizations. Accountable for the safety of nursing care they deliver or supervise. Responsible to the patient and the family or significant others for the quality of direct and indirect nursing care delivered. Minimum Qualifications Education Graduate of professional accredited LPN nursing school required. Experience 2-5 years' LPN experience required, Previous Urology or Surgery experience helpful. Licensure and/or Certification Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required. BLS healthcare provider required. Skills Knowledge of the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) Ability to maintain confidential information Strong interpersonal communication skills on the phone and in person Strong multitasking skills needed Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Computer skills required. Ability to maintain confidential information.
