Job Overview

We are hiring Assemblers to build generator enclosures, tanks, and subassemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and hands-on assembly experience.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assemble generator enclosures, tanks, and subassemblies using hand and power tools
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and bills of material (BOM)
  • Use cordless drills, impact guns, measuring and alignment tools
  • Assist with installation of mechanical, piping, plumbing, insulation, and electrical components (connections done by qualified staff)
  • Operate forklifts, cranes, aerial lifts, ladders, and other lifting equipment
  • Package parts and kits per customer specifications
  • Work with team members to troubleshoot fit and mechanical issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Other duties may be assigned


Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • Manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally


Work Environment & Physical Demands


  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling throughout shift
  • Exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise
  • PPE and safety training provided
