The Office of the University Registrar is looking for a Facilities Scheduling Coordinator to join our collaborative, servicefocused team. In this role, you will help ensure that Duke's classrooms and academic spaces are scheduled efficiently, accurately, and in ways that meaningfully support teaching and learning. You'll work closely with academic departments, instructors, and campus partners to manage semester classroom assignments, maintain the integrity of classroom data, and support the tools the university relies on for academic scheduling.
