Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all project management artifacts, for a select number of projects, including but not limited to project plans, scoping documents, weekly status updates and the weekly team meeting agenda
- Lead all relevant program & project team meetings in coordination with stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and technology solutions that enhance team productivity and effectiveness
- Review possible improvement actions to enhance team performance, and ensure quality and consistency of team execution against targeted project initiatives
- Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and resistance and recommend solutions
- Oversee the development and execution of projects from original concept through implementation and final conclusion.
- Prepare and refine detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Develop, implement, and utilize CM tools.
- Tasked with baseline identification, configuration, control, review and audit of CIs and configuration status accounting throughout their lifecycle.
- Create and implement CI identification scheme/naming convention and hierarchy.
- Conducts periodic reviews of CM documentation of Hardware, Software, Documentation CI usage.
- Works directly with the team and government stakeholders to ensure additions/modifications to CIs are accurately documented with in the CM System.
- Implements configuration management best practices across the life cycle of systems.
- Attends and support change management working groups and boards as required.
- Other tasks as required.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the PMO boards and working groups, to include:
- Reserving conference rooms,
- Setting up DVTCs,
- Facilitating meetings,
- Sending out meeting invites,
- Taking meeting minutes, and
- Coordinating briefing materials
- Maintain updated databases and trackers.
- Manage SharePoint meeting documentation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all board meetings and working groups to individuals both internally to the JPMO and externally to the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Other duties, as requested.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to pass a polygraph)
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific LCAT, with a portion of the related experience within the last 2 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of Configuration and Change Management Processes.
- Keen attention to detail and experience with data entry.
- Familiarity with a variety of Configuration Management tools, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel.
Salary Range: $115k - $130k
