WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an IT Web Administration Team Leader (Team Leader - IT Infrastructure) in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This position currently offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time regularly spent in the office.

Job Summary

The Web Administration Team Leader (Team Leader - IT Infrastructure) is responsible for the planning, implementation and support of shared web environments. This role develops and manages a team of Information Technology (IT) professionals and works collaboratively across the IT organization to streamline delivery and align IT services with business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a technical team of Web Administrators that are responsible for delivering on projects and supporting shared web environments.
  • Ensure staff is knowledgeable and cross-trained.
  • Develop strategic relationships with IT, business units and key vendors.
  • Define infrastructure strategies consistent with company and department standards.
  • Align team with IT strategies, goals, initiatives and priorities.
  • Understand and follow corporate and departmental policies and processes.
  • Foster a process-driven IT organization.
  • Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with other infrastructure teams to assess and understand technical specifications and business requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of IT Infrastructure experience
  • Must have strong communication and decision-making skills and a strong customer focus

This position requires unescorted access to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy all Company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, which includes a background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related degree.
  • Formal or informal leadership experience
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
  • Experience working with 3rd party software and hardware vendors

End Date: 03/26/2026

Pay Range Minimum: $104,083.72

Pay Range Maximum: $156,125.32

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
