Performs routine to complex assignments using existing procedures Conducts investigations, providing input and oversight as necessary Performs a variety of standard assignments and responsibilities and makes recommendations for improvement/efficiency, as necessary Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems Researches and analyzes information and uses standard practices to make informed judgments and recommendations Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for audience understanding Develops working relationships with internal parties and may work with external parties, as needed Remains objective when handling various situations Tactfully handles sensitive information Assigns and reviews the work of officers May mentor (or supervise as needed) others in completing duties Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Shift 40 hours, rotating shifts Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Must obtain and maintain Missouri POST certification in accordance with current state requirements. Certification may be required prior to appointment and is mandatory once employed. A valid driver's license is required.
