Summary: Bamboo Health is seeking a Product Manager II - Bridge (Workflow & Utilization Owner) to own the end-to-end workflow performance and product execution across our three pillars. This is a hands-on product ownership role responsible for deeply understanding product capabilities, defining cross-pillar workflow requirements, and driving measurable utilization improvements in live customer environments. You will be accountable for ensuring workflows are technically sound, operationally effective, and fully adopted by customers. This role partners closely with engineering and cross-functional product leads to translating workflow gaps into clear, actionable product requirements. This role ensures that our cross-pillar workflows are not only defined - but fully implemented, adopted, and optimized in real-world use. What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized workflow strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Engage directly with customers to understand workflow execution, pain points, and adoption barriers.
- Create concise PRDs and workflow documentation with clear requirements and expected outcomes.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure workflows are scalable, technically sound, and aligned with architecture.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on cross-pillar workflows and product capabilities.
- Define and optimize integrated workflows that span multiple products and pillars.
- Identify workflow gaps and translate them into clear, testable product requirements.
- Drive roadmap decisions that prioritize adoption, utilization, and real-world workflow performance.
- Own workflow-level adoption, engagement, and utilization metrics across customers.
- Diagnose underutilization using usage data and customer feedback and identify required product changes.
- Ensure delivered capabilities match intended workflow outcomes and support customer success.
- Maintain strong cross-functional alignment and lead tradeoff discussions to protect end-to-end workflow performance.
- Continuously refine workflows and establish a data-driven feedback loop between usage, customer outcomes, and roadmap decisions.
- Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions.

What You Need:
- 5+ years of product management experience (healthcare technology strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience writing detailed product requirements and partnering closely with engineering teams.
- Experience improving product adoption, utilization, or workflow performance in live customer environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret usage data and translate insights into product changes.
- Comfort operating at both system-level architecture and detailed workflow execution levels.
- Experience with healthcare transitions, care coordination, or value-based care.
- Familiarity with workflow design, systems thinking, and operational process optimization.
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows.
- A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
- The ability to travel periodically for work.
