Position: IP Advanced Procurement Co-op Number of Position(s): 1 Duration: 4 months + Date: May-Aug 2026 Location: Onsite - Sunnyvale EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Candidate must be enrolled in junior college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in an accredited school in the US. Create and update reports on components, supplier information, and order status. Track and analyze supplier data, including location details and spend information. Support risk analysis for longleadtime parts and procurement dependencies. Contribute to improving data tracking and reporting processes, including basic automation tasks. Assist with maintaining procurement agreements and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. You have: A strong interest in data, problem solving, and process improvement. Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including charts and formulas. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The ability to collaborate with teams and communicate clearly. It would be nice if you had: Experience with data analysis tools or databases. Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.
