Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to verify vehicle information, condition of vehicle and schedule time of pick-up and delivery of vehicles.
  • Follow up on cars available for pick up
  • Complete and process paperwork related to the pick-up and delivery function in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Review all completed transportation requests for accuracy
  • Data entry and updating notes in AS400 and Auto IMS systems regarding pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Verify, post and invoice for transportation services rendered
  • Review and collect on transportation's aged AR
  • Review neighbor island inventory, weekly operating report, post and invoice
  • Perform clerical duties associated with the drive service in an efficient manner
  • Book, coordinate, execute all aspects of the interisland shipping process with Young Brothers. Track and communicate with client the status of shipping.
  • Book, coordinate, execute all aspects of the west coast shipping process with Pasha and Matson. Track and communicate with client the status of shipping.
  • Transferring handwritten VIN's and posting the information to the AS400 to invoice
  • Miscellaneous filing, copying and handling mail
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, which may include assisting in other areas of the office as necessary.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline;
  • OR 5 years' experience in a related field


USD 21.83 - 32.79 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $21.83 - $32.79/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
