Cox Automotive is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative leadership and support to the leaders in the Inventory Solutions organization. The individual will support the Vice President and Sr. Vice President levels and perform advanced, diversified, and highly confidential administrative assignments. The individual in this role will provide seamless execution of tasks and administrative support including extensive calendar management, managing the leaders' daily schedule, meeting and document preparation, event plannings for the assigned leaders and handling tasks on behalf of the leader as needed.
Independent judgment and decision making, and self-starter orientation is required to accurately plan, prioritize, organize, and deliver detailed results in a fast-paced environment across organizational departments. The Executive Assistant is the key to keeping the leaders focused on the business priorities by taking care of administrative details and tasks. Job Description:
Required Qualifications HS Diploma/ GED equivalent and 7 years or 9 years equivalent combination of education and executive level administrative or comparable experience supporting leaders with global responsibility required.
DMCOX USD 32.26 - 48.41 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $32.26 - $48.41/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
