Executive Talent Acquisition Partener: Strategic Leadership & Value-Based Care

The Opportunity

DaVita isn't just any company, and this isn't your typical recruitment role. We are a community first and a company second. As an Executive Recruiter, you are a primary architect of our leadership bench. You won't just fill requisitions; you will act as a high-impact consultant and talent advisor to the leaders who shape the future of kidney care. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to identify, attract, and land transformative leaders directly impacts our patients' lives.

The Partnership

Success in this role is built on relationships. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our executive business leaders and the People Services Directors (PSDs) across the enterprise. You will work in lockstep with PSD partners to proactively identify talent gaps, understand regional nuances, and ensure our leadership pipeline is aligned with our long-term organizational health and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Search Leadership: Manage the full life-cycle for Director and VP-level searches, moving beyond 'filling seats' to providing deep market insights and consultative support that creates alignment and clarity for busy stakeholders

  • Strategic Sourcing & Market Mapping: Utilize out-of-the-box thinking and sophisticated sourcing technology to locate the "best and brightest." You will lead by example in finding passive talent that others miss.

  • Influence & Selection: Facilitate selection decisions through behavioral-based interviewing and rigorous talent assessment, ensuring every hire is an "A-player" aligned with DaVita's Mission and Values.

  • Data-Driven Advisory: Track and translate analytical data, from sourcing effectiveness to offer acceptance rates, into actionable strategies that reduce Time to Fill (TTF) and improve quality of hire.

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with business groups to develop robust recruitment plans, including referral strategies and diverse pipeline development.

Key Competencies

  • Executive Presence: Ability to build high-trust partnerships with GVPs, DVPs, and People Services leadership.

  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to see the "big picture" and pivot search strategies quickly in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

  • Urgency & Accountability: An extreme sense of ownership and the ability to drive momentum in complex, niche searches.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a mandatory background in Executive Recruiting within the Healthcare industry.

  • Value-Based Care (VBC) experience is highly preferred. You should understand the shift from volume to value and how that impacts leadership requirements.

  • Technical Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, online recruiting tools, and social media channels to build proactive pipelines.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate complex executive offers and navigate high-stakes stakeholder discussions.

Here is what you can expect when you join our Village:
* A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter.
* Clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average.
