Overview

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Analyst, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma, TN. The Project Analyst will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating and maintaining the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and project teams to ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities. This role assists with schedule coordination, cost tracking, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication to support successful project delivery.

The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional seeking to develop a career in project management, with exposure to core project management processes including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and performance tracking.

Job Duties:

    Plan, and organize resources to determine the cost, schedule, and technical objectives of assigned projects.
  • Prepare Project Plans using cost, schedule, and performance objectives, resourcing, verification and validation, and risk management.
  • Perform cost and performance measurement analysis against planned and estimated scope.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly and daily progress reports and other briefings as required.
  • Perform assigned tasks safely, with all quality attributes, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Support procurement process by managing and monitoring project charge codes.
  • Coordinate with teammate organizations responsible for developing and executing tasks identified in the project plan. These include the but are not limited to Engineering, Planners, Schedulers, Craft Supervision, Safety, Quality, Environmental, Security and Fire.
  • Support common work processes and procedures applicable to assigned tasks.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and initiatives. It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet contractual and company requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering from an accredited university or an associate's degree and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in supporting projects, project controls, or project coordination activities.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials to access the AEDC local area network.
  • Current U. S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to project controls concepts such as scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, or earned value
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., scheduling software, reporting tools, dashboards)
  • Experience supporting project reporting or performance metrics
  • Understanding of basic project management methodologies and lifecycle phases
