Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Senior Manager, Ethics & Compliance to join our Legal, Risk and Compliance team. This role will play a key role in maturing and managing CDW's global Ethics & Compliance program, including oversight of -- and involvement in -- internal investigations and other key program components, and engaging local teams throughout North America. This role will be pivotal in continually evolving and executing the compliance program's strategy and initiatives. This role will report directly to the Global Director, Ethics & Compliance, and engage with leaders across the CDW global organization. What you'll do
- Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the CDW's Ethics & Compliance program in alignment with industry best practices, regulatory guidance and applicable laws.
- Map current Ethics & Compliance workflows, identify compliance or business processes to be replaced or supplemented by A.I. agents, and create unique human / AI workflows.
- Provide oversight of internal investigations, including reporting and training on investigation standards and driving consistency and timeliness. Collaborate closely with in-house and external investigators to conduct investigations, analyze results, identify root causes, and implement remediation, as necessary.
- Assist in the design and implementation of a re-imagined risk-based third-party risk management program, collaborating closely with stakeholders in other risk functions and throughout the business; leverage and improve workflows already in place and incorporate A.I. agents.
- Draft, revise, maintain and interpret CDW compliance policies. Define a vision for company-wide policy standard-setting; maintain governance and oversight of policies. Use and develop AI tools and agents to assist coworkers with policy-related inquiries and communications.
- Conduct in-country and enterprise-wide risk assessments, analyze and incorporate results, and develop mitigation strategies, as applicable.
- Help design and document the Global Ethics & Compliance operating model, ensuring clear alignment on global and incountry responsibilities across the core elements of the compliance program.
- Actively promote a speak-up culture while contributing to the Ethics & Compliance team's communications efforts across the enterprise and in-country levels.
- For mergers & acquisitions, assess compliance risks of target entities and integrate compliance of entities recently acquired; communicate and establish speak up culture with new coworkers.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business for input to design and deliver ethics and compliance training to coworkers at all levels, ensuring awareness and understanding of relevant policies and standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports to key stakeholders and the board on compliance activities, risk trends, and program effectiveness.
- With the use of AI, monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global ethics and compliance trends, regulations, and enforcement actions relevant to CDW.
What we expect of you Minimum basic requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as legal, business or economics.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, 3+ of which in a senior-level compliance-related role, with a demonstrable ability to develop, support, and continuously improve a risk-based ethics and compliance function OR
- 11+ years of experience, 3+ of which in a senior-level compliance-related role, with a demonstrable ability to develop, support, and continuously improve a risk-based ethics and compliance function.
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI and agentic AI to improve compliance workflows and outcomes by designing human-in-the-loop controls, model governance and validation, data privacy and security safeguards, and clear KPIs, and by partnering with risk owners and other business stakeholders to scale solutions globally.
- Proven track record of managing compliance programs, particularly in North America.
- Experienced in risk assessments, complex investigations, root cause analyses, and remediation planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI and other data visualization tools).
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks, and specific familiarity with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.
- Strong business acumen, linking compliance with operations and goals.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into actionable strategy
- Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with various business units to integrate compliance effectively into systems and operational workflows.
- Ability to build trust with leadership and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communicator with the ability to distill and convey complex information in a compelling manner
- Proactive, resourceful, and instinctive, with a natural ability to solve problems and seek new information

Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
- Experience in a corporate legal department, law firm or consulting firm.
- Juris Doctor (JD), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent credentials.
- Familiarity with technology industry and innovation trends.
- Fluent in business Spanish
