The Inbound Sales Consultant is responsible for managing a highvolume inbound queue of accounting professionals and bookkeepers seeking support, product knowledge, and purchasing guidance. This role focuses on delivering exceptional consultative sales experiences through needs analysis, solution recommendation, and ownership of short-term pipelines to close deals. Inbound Consultants handle both real-time inbound engagements and ongoing follow-ups over a 30day ownership window. Consultants play a key role in expanding product adoption, uncovering broader ecosystem opportunities, and passing leads to specialized sales teams where appropriate. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment ideal for individuals with strong sales instincts, queue management experience, and the ability to quickly build rapport with professional customers. Inbound Queue Management Manage a real-time inbound queue of accountants and bookkeepers calling for product support and purchasing guidance. Provide consultative guidance, assess customer needs, and position appropriate solutions. Maintain high availability and customer-facing time metrics to ensure coverage during peak hours. Consultative Sales & Closing Conduct needs-based conversations that translate customer challenges into solution recommendations. Execute one-call close opportunities when appropriate. Manage a short-term pipeline with 30day ownership, ensuring consistent follow-up and deal progression. Expand customer conversations into full-suite or ecosystem solutions where relevant. Pipeline & Lead Management Track, nurture, and follow up on inbound opportunities throughout the 1month ownership period. Pass qualified opportunities to specialized sales teams when aligned with business objectives. Document interactions and next steps in internal systems with accuracy and completeness. Performance & Metrics Meet and maintain productivity targets tied to queue-based operations, including: Customer-facing time Availability in queue Follow-up consistency Close rates and pipeline movement Work within a metric-driven environment with expectations for responsiveness, efficiency, and conversion. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Inbound or queuebased sales experience Comfortable with one call close Experience expanding a call into a multiproduct ecosystem is a plus Closing experience required Strong followthrough and short-term pipeline management Techcomfortable for fully remote work Software sales experience is a plus, along with finance (Accounting/bookkeeping) Tech-savvy *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.86 - $24.86/hr.
