Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., has an opening for full or part-time Code Enforcement Officer in the Ceres, CA area. The qualified individuals will be responsible for conducting field investigations regarding possible violations of a variety of City/County codes and ordinances, and related state codes including zoning, nuisance, property maintenance, housing, transportation, and animal and business license/permits, health and sanitation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conducting site inspections. Issuing permits and certificates of occupancy. Investigating complaints. Enforcing compliance through notices of violation. Issuing building permits. Monitoring construction of permitted projects. Addressing code violations. Record keeping. Job Requirements / Qualifications Minimum 1 year of working as a Code Enforcement Officer. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
