Join MaineHealth Medical Group as our next Clinical Manager - Neurosurgery, where you'll play a key leadership role in supporting one of the region's most advanced neurosurgical teams. In this dynamic position, you'll oversee clinical operations across our three locations and ensure exceptional, compassionate care for our patients. Based in Scarborough, this role also provides oversight of the Pain Care practices in Kennebunk and Sanford, with occasional onsite visits. Working in close collaboration with the Practice Manager, the Clinical Manager will lead three Clinical Supervisors and a large clinical team of RN's and MA's across all sites.

This position offers a weekday, daytime schedule to support work-life balance while contributing to the future of specialty care within Maine's largest integrated health system.

Summary:
The Manager - Clinical Ambulatory Care is responsible for supervising and overseeing all operational aspects of the clinical department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical work flow in order to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care. The Clinical Manager will work with physicians, midlevel providers and clinical staff to increase the volume of clinical outpatient services, referral process, patient flow, and maximize the productivity of each practice location.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: Five years of experience in the nursing field required. Supervisory experience preferred.
