Description Medical Group PracticesManagement/Leadership Join MaineHealth Medical Group as our next Clinical Manager - Neurosurgery, where you'll play a key leadership role in supporting one of the region's most advanced neurosurgical teams. In this dynamic position, you'll oversee clinical operations across our three locations and ensure exceptional, compassionate care for our patients. Based in Scarborough, this role also provides oversight of the Pain Care practices in Kennebunk and Sanford, with occasional onsite visits. Working in close collaboration with the Practice Manager, the Clinical Manager will lead three Clinical Supervisors and a large clinical team of RN's and MA's across all sites. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated leadership experience, a flexible and collaborative approach, and a strong commitment to operational excellence. This position offers a weekday, daytime schedule to support work-life balance while contributing to the future of specialty care within Maine's largest integrated health system.
