What You'll Do As a Production Supervisor, you will lead an hourly manufacturing team and ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. Supervise and support an hourly team producing automotive manufactured products Organize workflow to meet production, safety, and quality standards Coach employees on standardized work and verify production lines run smoothly Drive productivity and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations Build strong relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and leadership Uphold safety policies and administer the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and performance What You Bring High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of supervisory or manufacturing experience Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement If you're ready to take the next step in your manufacturing leadership career and make an impact in automotive production, we want to hear from you.
