Job Overview: Serving in the role of Owner's Representative on multiple projects of lower complexity, ensure the established visions and objectives of customer agencies are accurately captured within the scopes, schedules, and budgets of projects and that those scopes, schedules, and budgets are maintained throughout the programming, design, construction, or close-out phases of projects through oversight and guidance. Participate as the Owners representative at on-site construction meetings for projects located throughout the state Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field of study or a minimum experience of 3 additional years of demonstrated competency in a related field. Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated competency in a related field.
