The Help Desk Support Specialist provides basic technical assistance to end users. This role involves helping with computer issues, software problems, account access, and everyday troubleshooting. Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly are important. Responsibilities Provide support for Windows computers, laptops, and basic desktop issues. Assist users with Office 365 applications, email setup, and login problems. Provide assistance for POS (PointofSale) systems, including login issues, device errors, and basic troubleshooting. Create, update, and close tickets in ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system. Escalate issues to higher-level teams when needed. Deliver friendly, customerfocused support through phone, email, or in person.
