Description Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Mail Room Assistant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis for a local health care customer of ours. This position plays a key role in supporting the internal communications and document management processes. Key Responsibilities Scan incoming mail into the hospital's digital system with accuracy and efficiency Sort and distribute physical mail to appropriate departments or individuals Assist with in-office mailing tasks, including preparing outgoing mail, labeling, and organizing documents Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Keep the mail room organized and ensure supplies are stocked Skills customer service, mailroom If you are interested in learning more, please apply !
