Description Responsibilities * Perform day to day activities for device-level and system level FA. * Perform Electrical Fault isolation using multiple FA tools. * Produce technical reports of failure analysis findings. * Evaluate and maintain new equipment and techniques related to failure analysis. Must have Skills and Qualifications * BSEE with 5+ years of experience or equivalent degree of Engineering or physics and a proven track record in performing failure analysis of IC devices and module level FA. * Hands-on proficiency with Physical and Electrical Failure Analysis at Silicon level. * In-depth knowledge and proficiency with board level FA. * Hands on experience with EFA tools such as LIT, TDR, FIB, SEM, RIE, CMP, MIP, and decapsulatation, sample preparation and Emission microscopy,Laser scan microscopy, micro-probing and Nano-probing. Preferred Skills and Qualifications * Hand on experience in failure analysis in multiple tools and techniques. . * Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills * Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability Skills Customer service, Engineering, Failure analysis, Failure Analysis Testing, Ct Scan, X-ray, Material science, optical test Additional Skills & Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication * Highly organized and detailed with lab analyses * Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple high priority tasks at the same time * Flexible and able to quickly change course to meet the needs of the business * Willing to collaborate closely across the organization * Enjoys working with a highly motivated lab team * Exceptional attention to detail * Ability to work independently as well as in a team Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
