Responsibilities
Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a per diem PMHNP or PA for our San Francisco Location. Foundations San Francisco's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers comprehensive, integrated outpatient treatment with flexible daytime and evening programs to address addiction and mental health issues in a supportive atmosphere. The PA or NP works under the direction of Medical Director or designee to provide medical services to patients and consultation to program staff relating to patient treatment. The PA or NP will work with addiction, mental health issues, and co-occurring diagnoses and within a dynamic treatment team. The program offers an integrative and holistic approach with group/individual/family therapy, yoga therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, and medication management. Our clinicians are passionate and dedicated about offering compassionate care and their work reflects this.
