Molding Operator

Job Elements & Position Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

* Following all safety rules and workplace requirements

* Packaging finished goods into bags, boxes, and palletizing
* Stocking raw materials and packaging supplies
* Performing various actions to maximize equipment uptime (clearing line jams, stopping/restarting conveyor, etc.)
* Assisting Cell Leader with material changeovers
* Notifying Cell Leader, Maintenance, etc. of any equipment or quality issues
* Completing required paperwork with cGMP Best Practices
* When necessary (breakouts, callouts, etc.), performing relevant Quality Technician functions
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required
* Experience in a production environment preferred
* Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30lbs (~120times/shift)
* Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time (12hour shifts)
* Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
* Proficient in Math and Reading
* Basic computer-use skills
* Ability to obtain forklift and other powered industrial vehicle license(s)
* High sense of Ownership, Responsibility, and Initiative/Ability to work autonomously
* The expectation is to have reliable transportation to work and report on time and when scheduled
