Location: Duluth, GA (SAF) - Warehouse How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Airgas is hiring for a Sales Director in Duluth, GA!The Telesales Channel Director of Sales role is responsible for the leadership and management of sales, customer service and other adjunct support functions located within their call center. The position maintains responsibility for driving organic sales and profitability growth by controlling branch sales expenses, upholding consistency in team management of channel key performance indicators, statistics and sales skill development. The Director of Sales must be a highly motivated leader, committed to developing the careers of Managers and Staff within this vital sales growth channel. Success in this role also requires a strong strategic vision and the ability to navigate complex challenges, such as customer win-backs, channel management/migration, and vendor relationships. As a key member of the Telesales Leadership Team, the Director of Sales will collaborate across all organizational facets to continuously enhance Airgas's standing as both a vendor and an employer. This position requires a passion for driving sales excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
