What You'll Do
Product engineering: You will drivesoftware and hardware tool specifications, system ticketing,and directions based on thousands of real user feedback inday-to-dayusagethrough cost analysis, case studies, andengineering-drivenRCA Design execution:You willspecify software and firmware features that directly enhance service efficiency, from intuitive dropdown menus in existing end-user tools to automated quality control (QC) solutions for hardware suites Advanced Analytics & Dashboarding:Specify,design,and buildadvanced analytical dashboards. You willdefineKPIs that measure operational effectiveness, providing real-time visibility for data-backed decision making across the team Data-Driven Engineering Feedback: Partner with diverse engineering disciplines to provide deep, analytical insights that influence product and service solutions designs. Your analysis will help improve serviceability, reduce downtime, and enhance product reliability Business Case & Impact Analysis: Develop compelling business cases fornew technologies, service tools, and operational strategies.Translating each decision toa$/kwh value for the entirety of the service engineering organization Program management/project ownership: Drive cross-functional projectsfrom hypothesis to fully validatedsolutionin field, with clear ROI. Proactively unblock projects and managetechnicalhandshakes between teams
What You'll Bring
Degree inEngineering or Data/Analyticsor equivalent experience Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment Nice to haveproficiencyin SQL and Python for complex data extraction and manipulation from large datasets Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand. Ability to present material status effectively in weekly program/executive meetings Strongproficiencyinproduct, electromechanical systems, complex troubleshooting,and feature development with an aptitude for process definition and standardization Ademonstrated interest and aptitude for business case developmentand engineering specification/direction definition

Expected Compensation
$100,000 - $180,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
