Pay Rate: $22.34 per hour

Shift: M-F; 6-hour days guaranteed (Typically 6 AM-9 AM and 2 PM-5 PM)

Here's what we're looking for.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements
• Good driving record and strong commitment to safety
• Knowledge of vehicle handling, traffic safety rules, and road systems
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage groups of students and maintain safe bus behavior
• Patience and professionalism when working with children and young adults

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus or school transportation vehicle on assigned routes
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and school transportation guidelines
• Maintain appropriate student behavior and safety during transport
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Complete required reports, forms, and route documentation
• Conduct routine vehicle safety checks before and after routes
• Respond appropriately to student needs and maintain a calm, professional environment
