This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process-from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance and onboarding-for production, operations, and other non-exempt roles, as well as exempt-level positions. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HR, hiring managers, and manufacturing leadership to execute high-volume hiring initiatives, including job fairs, open houses, workforce development partnerships, and community outreach programs.

Additionally, this role supports retention strategies, analyzes turnover trends, and implements initiatives to improve employee engagement and workforce stability. You will also evaluate and optimize recruitment and retention processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, strengthen new hire retention, and ensure alignment with organizational goals within a regulated healthcare manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Independently manage recruitment for both non-exempt and exempt roles.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Recommend cost-effective recruitment strategies and explore alternative recruitment vehicles as needed.

  • Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and recommend qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide proactive updates to stakeholders.

  • Oversee social media recruitment efforts for assigned positions.

  • Maintain accurate talent acquisition records, support audits, and ensure compliance with applicant tracking and expense systems.

  • Generate recruiting activity and metrics reports.

  • Manage contingent and temporary staffing needs through the Beeline system, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

  • Partner with HR to lead onboarding activities, improve orientation processes, and advance global harmonization.

  • Support pre-employment processes including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.

  • Conduct follow-up communications with candidates and staffing firms.

  • Educate internal departments on recruitment processes, market trends, and sourcing strategies.

  • Represent Haemonetics externally, developing relationships with agencies, non-profits, and workforce organizations.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace questions, concerns, or guidance.

  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including high-volume hiring.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships with managers, HR, and external partners

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

  • 5+ years' experience of full life cycle recruiting at all level of type of role using Applicant Tracking Systems

  • 3+ years' experience in medical devices, health care or bio-pharmaceutical environment

Physical Demands

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

The base salary range for this role is:

$76,434.43-$130,147.33/Annual
