Enterprise Wide Prog/Analyst*

Job Purpose:

This position conducts analysis ofnew requirements or requirements for updates, new development and modification of current development, testing and implementation of enterprise wide application. Develops test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance/functionality. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Coordinates system upgrade activity. Trains user personnel in the developed program and implementation of the system. Note: May be internal or external, customer-focused. Will be responsible to learn to enterprise application and support.

Nature of Duties:

To assist in the development of code for manufacturing/engineering systems. The role will includea variety of tasks:

• Developing scripts for data transfer
• Work help desk tickets
• Development (and testing) of application functions
• Analyzing and documenting existing code
• Re-factoring code into a new language
• Learn software application and software Administratortools

Education and Experience:

• Must be a US Citizen
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or MIS major
• 1 year experience; preferably in a large, corporate manufacturing environment
• Languages include Java programming, Java Script and Java web page development and SQL including Database programming
• XML preferred
