Job Overview:

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Growth Analyst to support corporate growth initiatives across Capture, Proposal Operations, and Growth Team initiatives.

This role is central to advancing the company's Federal growth strategy by integrating capture planning, opportunity tracking, AI-enabled proposal development, and structured knowledge management. The Growth Analyst will work directly with executive leadership, capture leads, and members of the Growth Team to ensure opportunities are qualified, organized, and positioned for successful pursuit.

This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role that requires analytical thinking, strong writing ability, technical organization skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve proposal efficiency and competitiveness. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, demonstrates initiative, and proactively anticipates leadership and team needs by identifying opportunities, solving problems before they arise, and driving tasks forward with minimal oversight

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Growth & Capture Support

  • Support Capture Managers and the Growth Team in developing and maintaining capture plans.
  • Assist with opportunity qualification, competitive analysis, and win strategy documentation.
  • Track and update pipeline data for Nemean and Joint Ventures.
  • Conduct research on agencies, procurement forecasts, incumbents, and competitors.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and action items throughout the capture lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain capture artifacts (briefings, call plans, SWOT analyses, gate reviews).
  • Support customer engagement preparation and meeting documentation.

Proposal Development & AI-Enabled Writing

  • Support proposal volume development (technical, management, and past performance).
  • Draft and refine proposal sections, executive summaries, and management approaches.
  • Use AI tools to: Accelerate draft development, summarize complex technical inputs, improve clarity, compliance and structure, generate structured RFI and Sources Sought responses, apply compliance checks and human refinement to all AI-generated content, and support Growth Team data calls and ensure timely, accurate submissions.

Knowledge Management & Content Systems

  • Maintain and improve: Past Performance Library, proposal Library and RFI / Sources Sought Library.
  • Organize SharePoint folders, templates, and Growth documentation.
  • Improve tagging, indexing, and retrieval of corporate knowledge assets.
  • Leverage knowledge management tools to streamline proposal reuse and content optimization.

Opportunity Research & Market Analysis

  • Research Federal opportunities using SAM.gov and other procurement systems.
  • Track NAICS codes, contract vehicles (IDIQs, GWACs, Single Award, Direct Awards).
  • Support pipeline forecasting and growth metrics reporting.

Executive & Operational Support

  • Attend Growth and capture meetings; prepare structured notes and action summaries.
  • Track tasks and deadlines using task management systems.
  • Support executive scheduling and occasional expense reporting.
  • Interface professionally with internal teams, subcontractors, and partners.
Requirements

Minimum & Preferred Requirements/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Professional Writing, Communications, or related field, preferred.
  • Experience supporting Federal Growth, Capture, or Proposal efforts.
  • Working knowledge of capture lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with or for small businesses in the federal contracting space (8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.), preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GovDash, or similar) to assist with writing, research, or content development.
  • Experience with knowledge management systems (SharePoint or similar platforms).
  • Understanding of Federal contract types (IDIQs, GWACs, Direct Awards, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to occasionally work long days and evenings to meet sudden deadlines during proposal development.

Security Requirement

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

The pay range listed represents a good-faith estimate, in accordance with pay transparency requirements, and may vary depending on the candidate's experience, education, and other job-related factors.
