What you will do-

This position will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Company's inventory reporting and analysis of the financial performance of its manufacturing facility. While the position will report to the Director Manufacturing Controller, it will have daily interaction with the plant directors and staff at all levels. The Manufacturing Financial Analyst will also ensure effective accounting processes and policies are established and maintained and provide support to external auditors.

How will you do it-



  • Performs monthly financial closing functions related to inventory and manufacturing costs.
  • Reports and analyzes labor and overhead spending, absorption, variances, and the impact on the financial statements.
  • Provides financial data for assessment and measuring productivity, KPI's, and cost improvement activities.
  • Estimates annual impact of manufacturing changes, (PPV, expenses, etc.) and impact to business.
  • Assists in the planning process for the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts.
  • Supports the Company's SOX compliance initiatives and physical inventory programs.
  • Prepares audit schedules and perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as required or assigned by manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant manufacturing accounting experience.
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong, "hands-on" team player with a proactive approach to identify, evaluate and resolve challenging issues.
  • Standard cost accounting experience, general manufacturing plant accounting, forecasting, strategy development and budget development and implementation experience.
  • Computer proficiency in fully integrated D365 (or another MRP) as well as Microsoft Office tools, and lean DNA.
  • Must be able to communicate and interact effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a broad spectrum of internal employees including all levels of management.
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality and quantity of work performed. Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Initiative to explore areas where analysis is lacking or can be strengthened.
  • Ability to influence activities in various departments and plants without direct authority.
  • Position 100% in site.

Expected Compensation: Between $72,000 and $85,000 USD/year based on experience.
