Export Gateway Coordinator I Job Locations

Overview Salary Range: $47,644-$75,700 Detail-oriented and proactive Airfreight Export Gateway Coordinator to organize and execute export gateway operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely and compliant movement of international airfreight shipments, coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and overseas offices to optimize consolidation and routing. Prepare and Review Documentation:
Accurately prepare and review export documentation, including Master Air Waybills (MAWBs), House Air Waybills (HAWBs), AES filings, TSA forms, and commercial invoices.
