What You Will Do
As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the total success of the branch-from P&L management and operational compliance to team development and community engagement.
Lead & Develop Your Team



  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of banking professionals.
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching sessions to help staff reach their career goals.
  • Create a positive, energy-filled work environment that empowers your team to succeed.


Drive Sales & Growth



  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the deposit base and expand market share.
  • Lead by example in cross-selling and relationship building; champion a "customer-first" culture.
  • Analyze branch trends to actively monitor the deposit base, transaction counts, and cost of funds to increase profitability.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to execute joint marketing and business development plans.


Community & Client Relations



  • Be a highly visible leader in the Palm Desert community (Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, etc.).
  • Deliver a "Wow" experience for every client, ensuring superior customer service and retention.
  • Actively manage complex business and consumer relationships, resolving issues with diplomacy and speed.


Operations & Compliance



  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict adherence to bank policies, security protocols, and state/federal regulations.
  • Manage audits, cost controls, and branch budgets to ensure operational excellence.


Who You Are



  • A Seasoned Leader: You have 5+ years of branch management experience and know exactly how to motivate a team.
  • A Sales Pro: You have a proven track record of growing a book of business, initiating quality referrals, and driving branch revenue.
  • A People Person: You possess excellent communication skills and thrive on building relationships with clients and staff.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in banking software, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and modern CRM tools.


Qualifications



  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in a branch environment; 5+ years in management; 3+ years managing complex business/consumer accounts.
  • Local Knowledge: Active involvement in local community organizations is highly valued.
  • Requirements: Current CA driver's license; Notary Public preferred.
