Executive Assistant - Spectrum News

How You'll Make an Impact

• Organize and maintain complex calendars to ensure optimal scheduling and prioritization
• Coordinate projects and assist with managing ongoing priorities across departments
• Support leadership by facilitating daily operations and preparing materials for meetings
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to keep initiatives moving forward
• Provide proactive administrative support with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience

Experience

3+ years of executive administration experience

Skills

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and tasks efficiently
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Clear and effective oral and written communication
• Sound judgment, initiative and ability to accomplish job duties independently
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cable television products and services
• Familiarity with organization policies and practices
