Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager for a 12+ month contract position with a Leading Consumer Electronics Retailer located in Richfield, MN. This role requires 3 days per week onsite.

Compensation: $70.00 - 80.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.
Project Overview

Our client is forming a team to centralize issue management, triage customer-impacting problems, and ensure timely resolution. This role will help establish team rhythms, define processes, and build cross-functional workflows to deliver a stronger, more consistent customer experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Delivery/Program Manager to lead operations for the newly formed team. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee issue intake, prioritization, and root cause analysis

  • Determine when engineering support is required and partner with technical teams to drive fixes

  • Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and impacted customers

  • Ensure operational excellence, drive effective communication, and protect the end-to-end order and repair experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the team

  • Manage escalated customer issues from intake to resolution

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes

  • Build and refine team processes, workflows, and reporting metrics

  • Serve as a central point of communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers

Required Skills & Experience
  • Program/Delivery Management: 5-7 years

  • Operational & Agile Team Leadership: 3-5 years

  • Root Cause Analysis & Issue Management: 3-5 years

  • Cross-Functional Communication & Stakeholder Management: 5-7 years

  • Technical Collaboration with Engineering Teams: 2-4 years

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in customer experience, order management, or repair operations

  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)

  • Ability to build new processes and operational frameworks

  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with dashboards and metrics

  • Experience in complex retail, technology, or service environments
