(previously named The Woodmont Weavers program) is a program that has been supporting individuals with disabilities in the Arlington community for over 50 years! Participants within the program learn to weave and produce handcrafted woven art and includes color tote bags, pencil cases and so much more. One hundred percent of the proceeds for each item are given to the artisan who created it. We are proudly hiring a compassionate and creative Direct Support Professional with an interest in learning to weave so that we can grow our team and expand the services we offer to the Arlington Community. What We Offer! We are pleased to offer 8-hour day shifts, Monday - Friday with internal upward mobility opportunities. This position starts at $18 per hour and includes a robust benefits package which includes but not limited to: three (3) weeks of Paid Time-Off; eleven (11) paid Federal holidays; 100% Paid Company Life and AD&D insurance; Tuition Reimbursement, $500 annual Wellness and Personal Development Program; a generous Health, Dental, and Retirement plan; along with eligibility of earning up to $680 in health and wellness incentives.
