Job Description Summary

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Corporate Intern. As a Corporate Intern, you will work at Sunbelt Rentals on specific projects in order to gain valuable work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the documentation and maintenance of operational performance standards and standard operating procedures

  • Assist in mapping and documenting current-state processes to support standardization efforts
  • Help organize, update, and validate process and standards documentation used by the field
  • Support analysis of gaps between current practices and established performance standards
  • Assist with preparing materials and communications to support rollout of standards to operational teams
  • Help track adoption, compliance, and feedback related to performance standards
  • Collaborate with OpEx leaders, process analysts, and field partners

Qualifications Required
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in operations, process improvement, or performance management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Miro
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Exposure to process documentation, standard work, or continuous improvement concepts
  • Experience with Visio or similar process-mapping tools
  • Coursework or experience related to operations or service environments

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $20.00 - 27.50

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
