Executive Support

    Draft briefings, action responses, and other executive-level materials
  • Document executive-level meetings, capturing key decisions and action items
  • Compile executive prep materials, coordinating across multiple departments

Strategic Planning

  • Support senior leadership offsites and strategic planning sessions
  • Develop briefing schedules and accountability structures for implementing priorities
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize organizational data for strategic decision-making

External Engagement and Coordination

  • Coordinate complex engagements with a variety of organizations
  • Serve as liaison between the office and other organizations throughout planning processes
  • Produce comprehensive engagement documentation and read-outs for leadership

Business Process Improvement and Knowledge Management

  • Evaluate and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and drive efficiencies
  • Pilot and recommend adoption of new tools, including AI-enabled applications
  • Ensure organizational knowledge is properly documented, accessible, and maintained

Administrative Coordination

  • Manage tasking requests, track issues to resolution, and ensure proper documentation
  • Support special projects, including orientation programs and other workforce events

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and lead major assignments independently
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Communication and Documentation Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience producing executive-level materials
  • Experience documenting meetings, capturing action items, and producing comprehensive summaries
  • Proficiency developing briefings, emails, and other material for senior leadership

Coordination and Collaboration

  • Proven ability to coordinate complex multi-stakeholder initiatives across organizational boundaries
  • Strong attention to detail combined with ability to maintain strategic perspective
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment while handling sensitive information

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools
  • Experience with project management and tracking methodologies
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Minimum of 8 years experience with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, or 3 years with PhD; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
