Mig/Tig Welder S *hift: 1st, (7:45am-4:30pm)* *Pay: $22-$25/hr (Based on experience)* We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for welding and fitting aluminum parts using MIG and TIG processes while supporting various fabrication and production tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Description: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding specifications Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components Ensure all work meets company safety and quality standards Fabricate custom items and prototype components Operate various cutting and fabrication machines Complete grinding, sanding, drilling, and finishing work Assist with production of stock items and shipping work orders Support fabrication of items such as flagpoles, pole top adaptors, wall brackets, yardarms, halyard covers, and ground sleeves Produce truck and cable assemblies and smaller production orders Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred Minimum of 2 years welding experience preferred Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
