POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with maintaining and monitoring the insurance procurement process, ensuring proper controls to address organization risk tolerance. Assist in the analysis, design and execution of risk transfer programs for the company, including but not limited to captive management, claims tracking and alternative risk financing options. Identify and assess market conditions and emerging risks; analyze and communicate changes to insurance programs. Develop data/analytics and assist in the implementation of procedures, processes and controls of insurance programs. Provide assistance in the preparation and recommendations of the annual budget, providing timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting of metric. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
