Sr. Financial Operations Analyst (SACB)

We are hiring a Sr Financial Operations Analyst in Cincinnati, OH.

Bring your financial acumen and analysis skills to a fast-paced, team orientated, manufacturing environment. The Financial Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for the month-end closing process at the brewery, management reporting along with the analysis of operating performance. With a proactive and curious mindset, this person will also oversee reporting, project tracking and guiding the brewery to achieve annual cost savings goals.

What You'll Brew:

• Own monthly management reporting process and analysis on Labor and Operating Expenses
• Be the primary business partner for Brewing, Packaging, Maintenance & Warehouse departments
• Actively participate in annual zero based budgeting exercise and quarterly forecast processes
• Lead the Cost Savings program for the brewery, tracking projects to ensure visibility to risk and opportunities
• Identify and execute Continuous Improvement opportunities for the Supply Chain Finance Team
• Participate in the annual development of Standard Costs, collaborate with operations managers to build segment loss targets and throughput assumptions
• Collaborate across the brewery and across supply chain finance team on ad-hoc analysis, delivering business critical analysis with a sense of urgency and a focus on accuracy
• Working with the Brewery Supervisors and assist with weekly Liquid Inventory Reconciliations

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4yr Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to use analytical competencies to analyze and leverage data from internal
  and external sources, and persuasively present findings
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Cost accounting experience preferred, with experience with year end absorption
• SAP experience strongly preferred

Level: 6IC

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $67,000 and $114,000. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
